FAQ

How is the chargeable weight of my package determined?

As per industry practice, the chargeable weight of a package is calculated based on volumetric or actual weight - whichever is higher. The minimum chargeable weight is 0.5kg and the subsequent weight step is 0.5kg thereafter. Volumetric weight = [ length(cm) x breadth(cm) x height(cm) ] / 5,000cm. For example, if your package has an actual physical weight of 1.6kg and the dimensions of 25cm x 25cm x 20cm, the volumetric weight would be calculated to be 2.5kg. Since the volumetric weight of 2.5kg is greater than the actual weight of 1.6kg, the chargeable weight for your package will be 2.5kg.
